*High speed Internet *Condo is on first floor parallel to the hot tub area. The condo is peaceful and relaxing, but you will hear occasional noise from other people at the hot tub or pool during the day. Pool hours are 8am-10 pm. *One covered parking spot *Shared pool/hot tub/gym available year round *Outdoor shared community grill available year round * Every Tuesday the water is shut off from 9 to 12 for plumbing repairs in the entire complex *Elevator available **IMPORTANT REGARDING A/C/HEAT: The AC is seasonal. There is no AC during winter months. No heat in summer months. A/C and heating are controlled by community management. A/C is changed to heat around November, and heat to A/C sometime in March. The whole condo: 1140 square feet 2 bedrooms, 2 bath , 3 beds total: 1 cal king and 1 queen bed +one queen pull out bed in living room. While all the beds are very comfortable and accommodate adults, if you feel like your party of six would need a bigger space, this space may not be suitable for you. We are just shy of 1200 ft.² and while we have had wonderful reviews and no complaints, if you’re looking for a space to spend a lot of time indoors it MIGHT feel cramped with six people. Brand new 65" TV and high speed internet. First floor with 1 covered dedicated parking spot and multiple guest spots. Accessible for people with disabilities including elevator access. We only use Eco friendly cleaning materials for the home. No scented plug-ins or any type of perfumes/scents used in home. Home is professionally cleaned after each guest use.
